On Sunday, April 19 Bethesda Covenant Church will be holding its last worship service and closing its doors after 130 years of ministry in New York City. All who currently attend this church, who have been longtime friends, and who have been served by its longtime presence in New York City are deeply saddened by this news. We are also deeply grateful for this church, and God's work through it. There are many in the Covenant Church and across the globe who have been touched by the life of this historic church.

We invite you to join us on Saturday, April 25 at 7pm as meet together to celebrate the rich history, life, and ministry of Bethesda Covenant Church. Through worship, remembering, sharing of stories and much gratitude, we will honor the powerful legacy of Bethesda. This "Celebration of Life and Ministry" will take place at the Turtle Bay Music School, located at 244 E. 52nd Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenue. Click here for directions.
You can also join us the previous evening (April 24, 6:30-8:30pm) as we work together at the Bowery Mission on the lower Eastside, by preparing and serving a meal for the homeless.
