Celebrate United Nations Sunday with a variety of special events during the weekend of Saturday, October 20 to Sunday, October 21.

An Outreach Event! Join Bethesda at the Bowery Mission, where we will prep, serve, and clean-up for the Saturday Lunch for homeless New Yorkers. INVITE A FRIEND! This is a wonderful way for everyone to serve our community and be Christ’s hands in this world. All are welcome. Please RSVP to the church office at 212.234.9764.

Jim is presently the director of Covenant World Relief and the Paul Carlson Partnership for the ECC (our humanitarian assistance and international development ministries with the "poorest of the poor"). He has over 30 years of urban ministry--24 at Community Covenant Church in Minneapolis, MN ( amulti-ethnic, generally low income, high unmet needs and started multiple community non-profit ministries). He is married with hree adult children.
